With a background spanning three decades in energy management, HVAC and controls, Kelley has significantly advanced Adtran’s environmental and efficiency goals. A recipient of numerous awards, including the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) International Energy Manager of the Year 2023, Kelley’s career includes distinguished service in the Air Force as well as leading sustainability initiatives that have reduced energy consumption and costs throughout his career.
