Senior director of system architecture at Adtran

Sorin leads R&D in optical system design, including fiber transmission research, new technology feasibility studies and engineering rules for network deployments. He is also an adjunct professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Georgia Tech and serves as a deputy editor of the IEEE/Optica Journal of Lightwave Technology.
